Lawyers on Demand is seeking a senior litigation attorney for a role in the Atlanta area with administrative and employment law experience.

What You’ll Do

Independently manage full lifecycle of litigation matters, from developing strategy, discovery, taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, and hearing/trial preparation.

Requirements:

• Client is seeking an attorney with at least 10 years of civil and employment defense litigation experience, ideally including appellate work, in both state and federal courts
• First or second chair trial experience is strongly preferred, as well as experience handling administrative hearings
• Candidates must have strong legal research and writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a large legal team
• License to practice law in Georgia, active and in good standing, is required

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Long term- and may become permanent for the right candidate

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote. Client is close to MARTA station

Pay Rate: $70.00 per hour
