Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
• 5-7 years of litigation experience.
• Experience managing files through the litigation process.
• Professional Lines, insurance defense, or related litigation experience is a plus.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery-related documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in state and federal courts.
• Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and case management.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex matters.
