The Opportunity

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join our Commercial and Professional Lines Defense Team in our Red Bank, New Jersey office.

This role offers substantial responsibility and hands-on litigation experience handling a diverse caseload involving:

• Professional malpractice claims
• Employment-related litigation
• Commercial automobile liability matters
• Premises liability claims
• Product liability litigation

The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented attorney who is ready to independently manage matters while working closely with experienced partners and colleagues in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Independently handle cases from inception through resolution.

Compensation

Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000

Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.

In addition to base salary, associates are eligible to participate in the firm's performance-based Associate Bonus Program.
