Job summary

Buchalter PC is currently seeking a mid to senior level associate to support the Nashville Office's Litigation Practice Group. The role requires 4+ years of business litigation experience and a Tennessee law license. Candidates should possess strong writing skills, keen attention to detail, and show the ability to manage core aspects of litigation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent business litigation experience from a law firm.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings and discovery.
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
