Role Description

Traub Lieberman is seeking an insurance coverage Associate to work in its White Plains, NY office (onsite). The candidate should have 2-6 years of coverage experience. The position includes writing coverage opinions and coverage position letters and will include handling coverage litigation nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding research and writing skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This position will work closely with our Chicago, IL and St. Petersburg, FL Insurance Coverage Groups which are a close-knit team of coverage partners and associates who prioritize teamwork and collegiality. As a member of our team, the attorney will gain valuable hands-on experience and work closely with partners who are dedicated to fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of coverage experience; commercial general liability, commercial auto, professional liability and/or D&O policies a plus
• JD from an accredited university
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Admitted in the State of Illinois

Compensation

• The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Associates are also eligible to participate in the firm's performance-based Associate Bonus Program, awarded at the firm's discretion.
