Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation legal secretary.
• Experience in personal injury preferred.
• Professional, proactive and highly organized.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support a designated group of attorneys.
• Manage busy calendars and evolving schedules.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and events.
• E‑file documents in state and federal courts.
• Track deadlines and handle docketing.
• Assist with trial preparation and legal document management.
