The Hartford is seeking to hire a Senior Litigation Analyst to join our Legal team. We are looking for motivated attorneys to review outside counsel legal bill invoices and conduct in-office Legal Bill Review audits.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing legal bill reviews accurately and timely, following Hartford standards and guidelines.
• Partnering with Regional Managers to incorporate billing filters and ensure proper invoice processing.
• Communicating adjustment rationale clearly and providing training on litigation cost containment topics.
• Participating in quality reviews, supporting panel firm assessments, and providing feedback on billing practices.
• Providing customer service and guidance to internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal practice experience, with expertise in Auto, General Liability, or related areas.
• Active law license in good standing in at least one state.
• Strong litigation management and billing knowledge, proficiency in systems like Bottom-line Technologies, and excellent communication skills.

This role offers a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement, with office presence requirements near Hartford, CT; San Antonio, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Phoenix, AZ; or Naperville, IL.

Compensation:

The annual base pay ranges from $114,800 to $172,200, based on market analysis and individual factors. Benefits include bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs.
