Job summary

RKD Group, a Dallas-based, remote-first nonprofit marketing agency, seeks an experienced List Brokerage professional to support the development and execution of client mail plans, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with list brokers, data teams, and our accounting group to reconcile orders, negotiate pricing, and resolve issues. A minimum of 7+ years in list brokerage, plus advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Adobe Workfront, is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in list brokerage (commercial or nonprofit) required.
• Familiarity with list order processing and pricing required.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Adobe Workfront preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support list planners with development and execution of assigned client list plans, keeping all projects on time and in budget.
• Maintain high-level day-to-day contact with other list brokers and managers within the industry to ensure the best negotiated deals.
• Coordinate with RKD data teams to ensure flawless execution of merge purge, list splits, review QC reports and ensure file files align with approved plans.
• Coordinate with RKD accounting team to ensure all list orders are reconciled and paid correctly and within the approved budget.
• Perform other duties as needed and determined by the supervisor.
