Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and servers.
• Knowledge of backups, recovery and DR planning.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain OS workstations and servers, including web servers.
• Perform OS/software installations and upgrades per IT policies.
• Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance.
• Ensure data integrity and implement backups and archive operations.
• Conduct audits to ensure standards and configuration guides are followed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for OS/hardware configurations.
• Participate in maintaining a comprehensive configuration database.
