Job summary

Halogen Engineering Group is seeking a System Engineer with Linux scripting expertise and 7+ years’ experience, holding a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Location is Annapolis Junction, MD; onsite work with no travel.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support a closed system across multiple sites while aligning with DoDAF and SOA guidelines. The role includes developing system requirements, SE documentation, budget allocations, and interface control activities, through IPT collaboration and rigorous

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of system engineering experience in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements to ensure production systems align with DoDAF/SOA.
• Develop SE documentation such as System Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.
• Coordinate action items from reviews and test events with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Allocate real-time budgets and evaluate architectures and concepts.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities.
