Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Batch Processing System Architect to support Linux-based ASIC development infrastructure in a hybrid model. The role focuses on LSF workload management, RTM monitoring, and EDA licensing across large-scale RHEL systems.

You will craft automation scripts (Python, Bash, Ansible) and collaborate with ASIC tools, infra, and architecture teams to ensure high-performance computing environments and reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience managing RHEL Linux systems at scale; relevant certifications preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LSF/Resource Manager, RTM monitoring, or equivalent workload managers in ASIC/EDA.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, and Perl for automation; experience with Ansible.
• Familiar with ASIC EDA tools and Flexera Licensing; LDAP and patching experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure LSF Scheduler/Resource Manager and RTM monitoring for ASIC workloads.
• Install, update, and support EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor including licensing.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Ansible, Bash, Python, Perl) for deployments and configurations.
• Administer and harden RHEL systems, including NFS, LDAP, certificates, and patching.
• Coordinate with architecture, networking, and infra teams to design hardware solutions and handle incidents via ServiceNow.
