Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Principal Linux Systems Administrator to join the Intelligence Sector, Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). You will lead IT system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance across UNIX/Linux and Windows environments, while ensuring security and compliance.

This senior role requires 15+ years of SA experience, a technical Bachelor's degree, and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; plus 15+ years of SA experience as required.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience as a System Administrator (SA) in programs of similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security/compliance standards and access controls.
• Configure and manage UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems; install and troubleshoot software.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Assist users with escalated tickets and perform detailed analysis.
• Optimize system operations, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
• Support hardware and system security requirements across the environment.
