The candidate will drive technical direction, ensure cybersecurity deadlines are met, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Linux, Windows, network, and storage domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 15+ years IT systems/admin experience.
• 8-10 years hands-on enterprise Linux administration.
• 3+ years technical lead or senior administrator experience.
• Active Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Linux systems administration, operations, maintenance, and engineering activities.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and guidance to Linux systems administrators and supporting staff.
• Coordinate workload planning, prioritization, scheduling, and task assignments.
• Lead root-cause analysis for outages and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level administrators and promote best practices across the team.
