A leading staffing firm is seeking an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to manage the migration from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8/9. You will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity and data integrity while collaborating with IT teams. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in Linux administration. This hybrid position requires 3 days onsite and offers a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator.
• Experience leading server migrations or upgrades in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with RHEL 7 and newer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration/upgrade of a RHEL 7 data intake server to RHEL 8/9.
• Communicate and coordinate with IT staff and end-user personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop a comprehensive testing and validation procedure.
