Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking an experienced Linux Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage enterprise Linux environments, automation initiatives, and platform projects. The role emphasizes RHEL, Red Hat Satellite, and Ansible with collaboration across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Applications teams.

The candidate will design scalable Linux architectures, build standardized RHEL Gold Images, automate provisioning, and contribute to modernization efforts across data centers and cloud

Qualifications

• 7+ years enterprise Linux administration experience.
• Extensive Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) experience.
• Experience building and maintaining RHEL Gold Images.
• Hands-on Red Hat Satellite administration.
• Advanced Ansible Automation Platform experience.
• Strong Bash, Shell, or Python scripting.
• Experience deploying custom RPM packages for enterprise apps.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise Linux environments based on RHEL.
• Build and maintain standardized RHEL Gold Images with security in mind.
• Perform OS upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, and infra issues.
• Administer Red Hat Satellite infrastructure and content views.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories.
• Automate server provisioning, config management, and patching.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud integration projects.
