DeNOVO Solutions seeks a Principal Linux Infrastructure Engineer in Aurora, CO to lead secure Linux environments and guide infrastructure strategy for growth. The role emphasizes supporting classified/unclassified operations, Windows integration, and DoD-aligned hardening.

As a senior technical authority, you will mentor staff, coordinate with cybersecurity and program teams, and ensure operational continuity, scalability, and robust disaster recovery across mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 20 years of progressive IT experience in classified/unclassified environments.
• 15 years hands-on Linux experience with admin, config, and deployment.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Strong Windows/Linux integration and network infra expertise.
• Experience with DoD/security standards and infrastructure hardening.

Responsibilities

• Lead Linux infrastructure operations across classified/unclassified environments.
• Design and deploy secure, scalable server and network infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers; provide senior technical guidance to leadership.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, program, and stakeholders on requirements.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and standards.
• Oversee backups, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning.
