Qualifications

• :
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years administering Linux environments.
• 3+ years troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across systems and networks.
• Experience with Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows.
• Experience with virtualization, containers, storage, and TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Administering and supporting Linux and Windows environments with focus on standards, documentation, scalability, automation, compliance, and security.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues across systems, services, network paths, and logs to identify and resolve root causes.
• Supporting enterprise platforms that use virtualization, containerization, storage, and networking technologies.
• Applying structured problem-solving methods to complex incidents and documenting findings, actions, and outcomes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational consistency, strengthen platform reliability, and support client delivery objectives.
