Job summary

SageCor Solutions LLC in Maryland seeks a systems engineer for Linux‑based HPC, data analytics, and full lifecycle system engineering. You will work across Linux distributions, storage fabrics, and HPC networking to support national‑level projects and cutting‑edge IT environments.

Requirements: 5 years’ experience with BS or 10 years IAT II. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. Familiarity with InfiniBand, Lustre, Slurm, Jira/Confluence, and automation tools (Bash, Ansible) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5 YOE & B.S. or 10 YOE – IAT II
• Strictly Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, Ubuntu)
• OS install, filesystem configuration, TCP/IP networking, troubleshooting
• Familiarity with HPC architecture and high-speed networks (InfiniBand, Slingshot)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Slurm, git, Salt, Ansible
• Storage fabrics focus: Lustre, DDN Exascaler; storage networking knowledge
• Routing/switching: Cisco, Juniper; Arista emerging; proactive learning
