B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Senior Software DevOps Engineer to lead the design and development of state-of-the-art DevOps pipelines for Linux-based medical device software.

This hands-on role requires automating infrastructure, workflows, and release processes, while collaborating with internal and external teams to improve productivity and software quality. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Linux, CMake and/or Yocto, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, cloud-based build infrastructure, and programming languages such as Python or Bash.
• Experience with C++ preferred; knowledge of version control systems (git) and Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of best-in-class DevOps pipelines for Linux-based medical device software releases.
• Hands-on role integrating development and operations tasks to automate infrastructure and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document pipelines, artifacts, and release processes.
• Develop software quality dashboards and assist with software release documentation and materials.
