Job summary

Red Alpha seeks a Linux CNO Systems Administrator to design, integrate, maintain, and optimize secure systems for mission objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, government reps, and partners to resolve technical challenges and ensure high reliability.

Requires 10+ years of experience, TS/SCI with polygraph, and strong Linux expertise. Bonus skills include AWS, Keycloak, LDAP, GeoServer, NiFi, and CoT familiarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Strong Linux systems administration and engineering experience, with working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues involving server hardware, applications, and software integration.
• Experience with system hardening, patching, and maintenance to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with program personnel, government representatives, mission partners, and senior executives.
• Experience collaborating with developers and testers on software development, system integration, verification, and mission validation.
• Ability to ensure the technical integrity, accuracy, and quality of systems engineering deliverables.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, system architectures, and design documentation.
• Ability to assess user needs, identify technical challenges, and evaluate system and network requirements to support mission objectives.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities
