Job summary

Agile Business Concepts is seeking a Systems Administrator with 11+ years of experience to support secure enterprise infrastructure for Federal and DoD customers. The role focuses on Linux systems administration, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), DevOps, automation, and Agile practices.

You will manage Linux/AWS/Azure environments, implement automation with Python and Ansible, maintain security and patching, and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 11+ years of Systems Administration or Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience with Linux, AWS and/or Azure.
• DevOps experience with GitHub and automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Agile software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Develop automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Manage source code using GitHub and version control systems.
• Implement security best practices, patch management, and system hardening.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement.
