MGIC is seeking a Senior Linux Engineer / DevOps Engineer to modernize and support enterprise infrastructure on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and AWS. You will automate provisioning, build CI/CD pipelines, and partner with development teams to improve reliability and security.

The role emphasizes automation, cloud best practices, and collaboration across infrastructure, security, and application teams, with a strong growth path in cloud architecture.

Formación

• 5+ years Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience designing and operating AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in Ansible, Terraform, and Git workflows.
• Strong scripting in Bash or Python; CI/CD tooling experience.
• Networking knowledge including DNS, TCP/IP, load balancers and firewalls.
• Certifications in RHCSA/RHCE and AWS are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support RHEL environments across AWS.
• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Automate server provisioning and configuration management (Ansible).
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Monitor system health, performance, and reliability; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments.
• Implement security hardening and patching; LDAP/AD integrations supported.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks and documentation.
