Job summary

GCI Incorporated seeks an Infrastructure DevOps Lead to design and implement complex cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions. You will mentor a team, drive automation, and oversee cloud migrations to AWS while ensuring security and compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, expertise in Kubernetes (EKS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and strong scripting in Python/Bash. A solid foundation in Linux admin and security is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years leading DevOps and infrastructure projects in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, IaC, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile Kanban team to deliver infrastructure and DevOps solutions.
• Serve as hands-on technical leader for cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies.
• Drive architecture using infrastructure as code principles and best practices.
• Navigate security processes and accreditation requirements with customers.
