Job summary

Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking an experienced Cook III to join our Restaurant culinary team. We are looking for a skilled line cook with strong grill and sauté experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive hourly wages based on experience. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered, with $250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days in good standing, plus benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Previous professional line-cook experience required.
• Strong grill and sauté experience required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Work on grill and sauté stations.
• Set up, stock, and maintain an organized workstation.
