Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar or related kitchen role.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and work evenings/weekends when needed.
• Food Handler Certification (If applicable).

Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies and restaurant rules as set forth in handbooks.
• Report maintenance or repairs to the Executive Chef.
• Prevent contamination of foods by proper sanitation practices.
• Know and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Stock and maintain food levels at line stations for a smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Provide high quality presentation of all dishes to guests.
• Execute menu items and adhere to item specifications and presentation.
• Ensure timely preparation and educate staff on menu details.
• Assist in daily cleaning of pantry, line, prep areas, and dish areas.
