White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled kitchen professional to mentor entry-level cooks and oversee daily prep in our food outlet at The Shepherd Hotel.

You will ensure compliance with F&B procedures, health regulations, and safety standards while maintaining cost and quality controls. You will manage food preparation at a fast pace, supervise freshness and portion control, and influence guest satisfaction through consistent service.

Qualifications

• Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Follow F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal guidelines.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist in maintaining food cost and labor cost standards.
• Check freshness of foods and ingredients, ensuring recipes and portions are followed.
• Monitor and positively influence guest feedback scores through food quality and service consistency.
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
