Job summary

This hands-on role translates laboratory processes into robust configurations, supports testing, data migration, validation, upgrades, and ensures scalable, compliant LIMS implementations while collaborating with architects, analysts, and customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing and supporting LIMS/informatics with hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Thermo Scientific SampleManager configuration and implementation.
• Experience with lab workflows and customer-specific LIMS functionality.
• Experience with SampleManager Integration Manager and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and deploy SampleManager LIMS across lab environments.
• Serve as technical implementation expert for SampleManager and integrations.
• Translate functional requirements into effective SampleManager configurations.
• Design workflows, master data, rules, screens, and reports.
• Configure integrations between SampleManager and instruments and other systems.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support data mapping, migration, and validation activities.
• Develop unit and system tests and support deployment activities.
