Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Development & Community Advisory team focusing on affordable housing. You will contribute to complex real estate transactions, model financials, and help optimize use of LIHTC, HOME, and other funding sources.

In this role, you will work with experienced leaders across tax and advisory services, supporting debt and equity placement while ensuring high-quality client deliverables and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree.
• 3 years professional experience.
• Experience with LIHTC programs and affordable housing funding sources.
• Strong MS Office skills with ability to manage complex financial models.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction structuring and financial modeling for housing deals.
• Assist in securing debt, equity, and other financing sources for transactions.
• Assist with acquisition, preservation, disposition, and portfolio strategy for real estate clients.
• Support LIHTC and other tax credit projects with application materials and analysis.
• Conduct research, compile data, and present actionable findings.
• Provide consulting support to achieve strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
