Qualifications

• 4-year degree is required.
• 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience with LIHTC and affordable housing funding sources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction structuring and financial modeling for real estate deals.
• Assist in securing debt, equity, and other financing sources for transactions.
• Assist with acquisition, preservation, disposition, recapitalization, and portfolio strategy for real estate clients.
• Support LIHTC applications and related analyses.
• Research industry topics and present findings.
• Provide consulting support to help clients achieve financial objectives.
