Job summary

Resonetics in the United States seeks a seasoned Lightspeed project leader to drive complex prototype programs for medical devices. You’ll develop technical solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and move projects from planning to production readiness with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities include defining scope, optimizing process parameters, performing setup and troubleshooting, and mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Resonetics technology or similar high-precision equipment.
  • Solid understanding of materials and GD&T.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings per GD&T standards.
  • Proven troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
  • Experience with ISO quality systems in medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and complete Lightspeed projects including multi-site programs.
  • Optimize parameters affecting outputs and product quality.
  • Setup, troubleshoot, and develop processes on Resonetics technology.
  • Lead cross-department collaboration and drive tasks to completion.
  • Lead customer calls and provide technical updates and recovery plans.
  • Mentor Lightspeed Technicians and Associate Engineers and document results.
