SESCO Lighting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quotations Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. This role develops proposals and quotations for complex lighting projects, coordinating with sales and engineering to ensure accurate, timely responses.

You will handle large bids and negotiate buyouts with manufacturers, maintaining a strong customer and vendor network. The position requires a track record in high-value quotations, excellent math skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in lighting quotations.
• Experience in large project quotations (high-value bids).
• Proven ability to make independent pricing decisions.
• Strong math and numeric accuracy for quotations.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Provide quotations on miscellaneous and project quotes as assigned.
• Ensure quotations are efficient and competitive to local market conditions.
• Maintain familiarity with SESCO’s line card and bid documents.
• Coordinate and file bid documents electronically and physically as required.
• Assist subordinates as needed and support senior team members.
