Job summary

JRAD is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support analyst to support life cycle logistics, configuration management, and documentation across complex systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, maintain CM reviews, and manage logistics plans and equipment maintenance.

The role requires 8+ years of ILS experience, an applicant with DHS/TSA/DoD/FAA exposure is preferred, and the ability to work in a sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience as a Logistics Support analyst on programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Experience in classified or sensitive environments.
• Proficiency with industry-standard logistical management tools.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting Integrated Logistics Support programs for the DHS, TSA, DoD or FAA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building to work with stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support: update calendars, schedule meetings, minutes, track actions.
• Provide Configuration Management support reviewing engineering change proposals and related documents.
• Assist in monitoring and maintenance management of TSA Security Equipment and radiation compliance.
• Develop and maintain logistics plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain a radiation survey database and FOIA-related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams on logistics issues.
• Identify root causes and develop short- and long-term solutions.
• Coordinate shipping, expedites, and issue resolution for equipment.
• Provide life cycle logistics and configuration management support.
• Review configuration change proposals for stakeholder approval.
