Regulus Group is a leading air traffic management contractor seeking an experienced logistics and ILS specialist to support FAA programs. The role emphasizes Integrated Logistics Support, lifecycle planning, and logistics analysis to drive program success.

Ideal candidates have ten years' relevant experience, strong MS Excel skills, and knowledge of government acquisition processes, with US Public Trust eligibility required for the role.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience.
• High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.
• Strong analytical background and good interpersonal skills.
• Strategic planning skills and proficiency in problem solving.
• Experience in the nine elements of integrated logistics.
• Knowledge of government acquisition processes and of the FAA system lifecycle.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and transition team support
• Coordinate with the nine Logistics Element Managers to plan, establish, and maintain an integrated logistics support system for the lifecycle of FAA products
• Provide logistics analysis in support of program requirements
• Self-manage work assignments, contribute to quality, on-time deliverables, make identifiable contributions to customer success
• Contribute to project direction and foster collaboration
• Contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships
• Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment and participate in knowledge sharing opportunities
