Qualifications

• 10+ years of logistics experience or 14+ years alternative.
• Experience with lifecycle logistics management for major programs is preferred.
• Ability to pass government background checks; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs).
• Provide input in development of contract requirements for lifecycle support, TEMPS, LCCE, EVMS reporting, and PMP.
• Review prime contractor ILS deliverables for adequacy, performance and quality assurance.
• Collect, monitor, and track deployed system performance.
• Develop operational support plans and evaluate raw data for metric reporting aligned to maintenance and repair requirements.
• Identify and manage portfolio level materiel deficiencies and advise on action plans.
• Support PDSS initiatives; prepare operations and sustainment reports for leadership.
• Assess footprints and manage strategies to optimize system performance.
• Assist with development and sustainment of training programs.
• Participate in CCBs to support system engineering changes.
• Prepare PSBCA for life cycle management strategies.
• Prepare CWR reports to analyze system life cycle management.
• Participate in technical interchange meetings and track actions to resolution.
• Facilitate ILSMT and ILSWG sessions.
• Develop LRFPs to identify funding requirements for PPB&E.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, business, or related discipline

DHS or DAWIA logistics certification (desired)
