Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks a senior analyst to provide full lifecycle acquisition management for complex government programs in the federal IT/services space. You will validate requirements, develop procurement packages, evaluate contractor proposals, and monitor contract execution to ensure mission success.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s, and familiarity with DoD/IC processes and GSA standards.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required.
At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.
Experience working in a DoD/IC agency providing lifecycle acquisition management for IT or services contracts.
Experience writing complex SOWs and PWSs.

Responsibilities

Lead the process of validating program requirements to ensure they are complete, well-defined, and within contract scope.
Manage the development of procurement packages, including schedules, financial plans, SOWs, and evaluation criteria (Section L & M).
Lead the technical evaluation of contractor proposals, document findings, and provide data-driven recommendations to the program manager.
Proactively monitor contract execution, identify performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Serve as primary author for complex requirements documents (SOWs, PWSs) for contracts.
