Job summary

ProCleared LLC in the United States seeks a Principal Expert and program manager to provide strategic acquisition and program management support for a complex portfolio. Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years of program management experience for complex programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP and/or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Experience coordinating with senior executives (SES/Flag Officer).
• Knowledge of IC agencies and relationships.
• GEOINT phenomenology knowledge (radar, electro-optical, full spectrum).
• Specialized government agency or military GEOINT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert requirements, acquisition and program management counsel to senior leadership on strategic planning, contract execution and business development.
• Support creation and review of requirements and procurement packages for Major System Acquisitions.
• Coordinate high-level activities across Requirements, Acquisition, Contracts, Software Asset Management, Engineering, and Finance to enable rapid, compliant enterprise solutions.
• Support governance groups in formulating long-range capability requirements and spending plans.
• Identify issues at portfolio level and recommend actions to senior leadership.
• Research and edit technical requirements on GEOINT phenomenology for future system development.
• Develop and execute NGA/NSG studies, assessments, and contractor support strategies for IV&V and system security.
