Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks a senior analyst to provide full lifecycle acquisition and requirements management for complex government programs. You will validate requirements, develop procurement packages, and monitor contract execution as the Program Manager's primary acquisition expert.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of relevant DoW/IC experience, plus a Master’s degree. You will author SOCs, ECDs, AoA studies, SOWs, and PWSs while supporting GEOINT readiness activities.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS-related, Earth Science, IT, Engineering, or Business.
• Experience in DoW or IC agencies providing total lifecycle acquisition management.
• Experience writing complex requirements documents (SOCs, ECDs, AoA/study reports, SOWs, PWSs).
• Knowledge of GEOINT phenomenology including radar, electro-optical, and full spectrum capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Validate program requirements to ensure completeness and alignment with contract scope.
• Develop procurement packages with schedules, financial plans, SOWs, and evaluation criteria.
• Lead technical evaluation of contractor proposals and document findings for the program manager.
• Monitor contract execution and identify corrective actions as needed.
• Author complex requirements documents (SOCs, ECDs, AoA studies, SOWs, PWSs).
• Contribute to NGA GEOINT readiness through readiness activities and forecasting potential impacts.
