Qualifications

• 8+ years full life cycle recruiting in life sciences
• Experience in at least three areas: Process Development, Analytical Development, QA, QC, Operations, or Engineering
• Proven track record of building stakeholder relationships, selling opportunities, and closing top talent

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute agency-style recruiting strategies to attract talent in life sciences
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess fit and motivation
• Create compelling candidate presentations and positioning summaries for timely hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and priorities
• Manage full life cycle recruiting in the ATS and ensure documentation and compliance
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting activity and pipeline status
