Job summary

Accenture seeks a Principal Director-level leader in Life Sciences Supply Chain to drive end-to-end transformations across PLM and CMC, leading global teams and delivering value for pharma, biotech and MedTech clients. The role emphasizes AI-enabled data, digital platforms and strategic client engagement.

Travel up to 75% to client locations, with growth and thought-leadership opportunities across North America and globally, shaping the future of life sciences delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and technology advisory solutions and services across the value chain and across multiple modalities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a management consulting or strategy consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with a focus on PLM and digital CMC.
• Support sales and delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization.
• Manage business development opportunities end to end to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement.
• Bring effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence.
• Own PLM and CMC thought leadership efforts across Life Sciences, bringing deep industry expertise and perspective in settings small and large.
