Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of life sciences consulting experience or an MBA/PhD in a relevant life sciences field.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Support workstream leads, coordinating and guiding junior staff and communicating with project managers.
• Create and present client-ready materials, including research materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff on project teams and internal training efforts.
• Build expertise in one or more functional/therapeutic areas and become an internal expert.
