Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking Senior Consultants to lead case teams and design strategies for clients in the life sciences sector. The role includes managing project work streams, mentoring junior staff, and presenting research materials to clients.

You will gain exposure to multiple therapeutic areas and work with cross-functional teams to drive growth and market strategies. A strong background in quantitative health sciences and consulting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or health sciences or related field required.
• MBA with life science focus preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or life sciences.
• Experience in MedTech/medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Serve as workstream lead, coordinating and mentoring junior staff.
• Create and present client-ready materials and final reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff across project teams.
• Establish oneself as internal expert in 1–2 functional or therapeutic areas.
