Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant in the United States to lead business process design and transformation for Life Sciences commercial and medical functions. You will translate domain expertise into build-ready requirements and work with solution architects and AI capabilities to shape the future state.

You will own current state assessments, define future state vision, facilitate workshops, support business development, and contribute to practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting or relevant Life Sciences industry roles.
• 3+ years of hands on ownership of at least one core Life Sciences business process (KAM, Speaker/Event, Field Coaching, Medical Interactions).
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state assessments and future state visioning for core Life Sciences commercial and medical processes such as Key Account Management, Speaker and Event Management, Field Coaching and Competency, Medical Interactions, and Sample Management, and articulate that journey to client stakeholders.
• Act as the functional voice, challenge legacy processes, define what better looks like before building.
• Partner with solution architects to translate future state design into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
• Identify and scope opportunities for agentic AI through Agentforce to augment or reimagine processes.
• Facilitate design workshops, process walkthroughs, and governance conversations with client business owners.
• Develop business cases, future state process maps, and executive ready narratives that connect transformation to outcomes.
• Provide planning, design, and advisory support across the lifecycle, from process design through adoption.
• Mentor colleagues to build functional to technical fluency.
• Support business development including Statements of Work and proposals.
• Contribute to internal practice development and codify process playbooks.
