Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, biotech).
• 3+ years leading Salesforce programs with full lifecycle implementations.
• Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of sales and service transformation initiatives across strategy, process, technology, and operating model workstreams.
• Analyzing current-state business processes, customer journeys, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating client needs into functional recommendations and deliverables.
• Facilitating client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions while tracking decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Creating presentations, status reports, process maps, and implementation materials to support program execution and stakeholder alignment.
