Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Controls Planning (Life Science) in Atlanta to lead planning and scheduling for large-scale biopharma capital projects. You will oversee integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup, guiding decisions with forecast and what-if analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience on large-scale pharma/biotech capital projects and projects >$1B.
• Advanced schedule development, critical path, forecasting, progress measurement, and recovery planning.
• Proven ability to manage integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and vendors.
• Strong client management, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Desirable knowledge of commissioning, PQ, startup and operational readiness in regulated life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling services for major life sciences capital projects.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated project schedules across EPCM, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Provide schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and what-if modeling.
• Coordinate schedule integration across owners, EPCM partners, contractors, equipment vendors and third parties.
• Monitor schedule performance, risks, and trends with mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Mentor scheduling professionals and support staffing, resource planning and best practices.
• Support development and implementation of scheduling standards, processes and reporting tools.
