Job summary

QSE7, a Pennsylvania-based consulting firm, seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead strategic portfolio and program management engagements for Life Sciences clients.

This role blends project leadership, strategic advisory, and hands-on management to drive complex, high-value initiatives from initiation through resolution. You will own project outcomes and guide client teams with deep pharmaceutical expertise.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience in life sciences or pharma.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in portfolio and program management, governance and metrics/dashboards.
• Proven track record as project lead and advisor to senior leadership.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project and SmartSheets.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop client strategic project portfolio management processes and maps.
• Develop templates and best practices for portfolio management.
• Analyze and design portfolio execution enabling applications and governance dashboards.
• Perform project management services for client strategic projects from initiation through delivery.
• Lead cross-functional client teams and drive full project lifecycle.
