Job summary

Drug Hunter is seeking a life science Director of Marketing to translate positioning into programs spanning product and content marketing, customer research, account-based marketing, and lifecycle campaigns. You will work with Science and Sales to develop new value propositions and translate market learnings into market-ready messaging.

This hands-on IC role requires a science background or extensive pharma R&D audience experience, and a track record of launching cross-channel marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing (product, content, and/or growth) targeting pharma/biotech audiences.
• Advanced degree in science; Ph.D. is a plus.
• Exceptional writing for a technical audience and credibility in scientific marketing.
• Experience building sales enablement assets for enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop VOC program and translate insights into product/content messaging.
• Create compelling platform messaging with Science and Sales teams.
• Lead digital channel initiatives and ABM/lifecycle programs with segmented messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage target accounts and segment approaches.
• Drive go-to-market for new platform capabilities and product launches.
