EY in the United States seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations. You will connect production, quality, laboratory, engineering, and supply chain with deployable technology, contributing across the delivery lifecycle from assessments to adoption and stabilization.

You will collaborate with operators, engineers, IT and data teams, own technical deliverables, resolve issues, and translate shop-floor workflows

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related.
• At least 3 years in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related field.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Experience producing requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, or deployment materials.
• Collaborating with both operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 80–100%.

Responsabilidades

• Assess workflows, user needs, system interfaces, equipment data, and pain points through site observations.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, interface requirements, controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the design and implementation of MES/MOM, electronic batch records, eDHRs, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS/SCADA/DCS; identify data gaps and integration dependencies.
• Develop and review data hierarchies, source-to-target mappings, and data quality rules.
• Work with solution architects on interface specs, APIs, and industrial connectivity.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, record defects, and maintain traceability.
