Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Life Sciences Construction, to lead capital projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and regulated manufacturing facilities. You will oversee from preconstruction through startup, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives are met.

You will collaborate with owners, engineers, validation teams, quality personnel, subcontractors, and field supervision to coordinate activities and deliver projects in highly regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of life sciences construction project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams in active construction environments.
• Knowledge of project controls, contract administration, and risk management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Experience using scheduling and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and regulated facilities from preconstruction through startup.
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, validation teams, quality personnel, subcontractors, and field supervision to coordinate activities and ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Oversee project financial performance and client communications; lead progress meetings and review schedules.
• Ensure construction activities support customer quality systems, commissioning, validation protocols, and operational readiness.
