NOOTER is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Life Sciences Construction, to lead capital projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and regulated manufacturing facilities. You will oversee execution from preconstruction through startup, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while managing budgets and client communications.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and experience directing multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in industrial/life sciences construction.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital construction projects in pharma, biotech, labs and related facilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives are met.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, validation teams and subcontractors.
