Job summary

Boccard Life Sciences, a global industrial integrator, seeks a Senior Project Manager based in Ohio to lead capital projects from initiation to close. You will apply Boccard’s PM System, manage scope, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-spec outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 5+ years in CAPEX project management within hygienic life sciences. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 10+ years in Hygienic Life Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years in a CAPEX Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects per Boccard Project Management System and best practices.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet safety, time, and cost targets.
• Review P&IDs, drive change control, and support customer proposals.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and vendors to secure scope and quality.
• Lead meetings (Kickoff, Weekly, Fortnightly) and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and contractual requirements.
